After completing her Masters degree at Birkbeck, University of London, Vanessa Madeira joined IndieLab as a research assistant. Vanessa previously worked as an Assistant Occupational Therapist in secure in-patient CAMHS where she developed and facilitated highly specialist approaches to assessments, and treatment planning with a wider multidisciplinary team. Vanessa brings forward her interest in child and adolescent neurodevelopment and sensory integration theories.
