PhD Candidate

Angelina is a LIDo-funded PhD student. Her project takes a developmental approach to interoception, focusing on how interoceptive accuracy can be measured in young children and how individual differences relate to development and mental health. Research experience spans developmental and experimental psychology, including cognitive task development, educational intervention research, and spatial cognition and mathematics. Prior to starting her PhD, she finished a MSc in Developmental psychology at UCL and worked in child and adolescent mental health, including neurodevelopmental assessment in CAMHS and school-based psychological interventions. She is particularly interested in developmental psychopathology, measurement and understanding individual differences across childhood.
